The install button opens a browser page instead of the app
This happens on browsers that block app installs by policy. Tap the Install App button from the Chrome browser on Android, not from inside another app's web view.
Android blocks the install with an unknown-source warning
Open Settings, then Apps, then Special access, then Install unknown apps. Toggle the prompt on for the browser you are using, return and tap Install App again.
The Come app opens but the install route looks unfamiliar
Always start from the Come install guide. The cyan Install App button on every Come page uses the same /Login/playnow route; if the route looks different, leave the install guide and return.
The install completes but the app icon is missing
Some Android launchers hide freshly installed apps inside a folder. Search for Come in the launcher, drag the icon to your home screen and pin it.
I cannot sign in after install
Open /contact/ and send a verification message. The Come support desk replies in the same private window.
Set limits before your first deposit
Come members should set a daily, weekly or monthly deposit cap before the first deposit. Lowering a cap takes effect immediately; raising a cap has a published cooling-off period.
